Ultimate Male Health Check: purpose, preparation and results

Why take the Ultimate Male Health Check?

  • One deep baseline instead of several separate panels, typically every two to three years
  • A family history of prostate cancer, autoimmune or thyroid disease you want screened properly
  • Multiple unexplained symptoms where narrowing the field matters more than saving markers

How to prepare for the Ultimate Male Health Check

Fasting is required — no food for 10 to 12 hours; water is fine. Avoid cycling and ejaculation for 48 hours, as both raise PSA. A urine sample is collected at the same visit, so the nurse will bring a container.

Understanding your Ultimate Male Health Check results

The free-to-total PSA ratio helps separate benign prostate enlargement from findings that need urology review, which a total PSA alone cannot do. Other tumour markers are screening signals rather than diagnoses, and a positive ANA or rheumatoid factor is common in healthy people. A BestDOC doctor reviews everything with you.

How to book the Ultimate Male Health Check in Dubai

  1. 1
    Book your slot

Book on the site or WhatsApp — same morning or next day. Fasting reminders included.

  2. 2
    Your nurse visits

A DHA-licensed nurse does a ~20-minute draw at your home, office or hotel. Sealed kit.

  3. 3
    Lab processes it

Most of our tests are processed at AVM Labs, Dubai, a CAP-accredited laboratory with ISO 15189 accreditation from EIAC (No. LB-MED-227).

  4. 4
    Your doctor reads it

A BestDOC doctor reviews the results, then the report lands on email + WhatsApp with notes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Anything else? Ask on WhatsApp — we usually reply in three minutes.

  • When total PSA is mildly raised, the percentage that is free helps separate benign enlargement from findings needing urology review. A higher free percentage points towards a benign cause, which spares unnecessary anxiety and biopsy.

  • Not on its own. These markers screen rather than diagnose, and benign conditions raise them routinely — CEA with smoking, CA 19-9 with bile-duct irritation. A doctor reads the value in context and advises whether a repeat or imaging is warranted.

  • Total T3 and T4, oestradiol, FSH, LH, prolactin, homocysteine, Lp-PLA2, creatine kinase, LDH, amylase, lipase, ANA, rheumatoid factor, free PSA and three more tumour markers — 18 extra markers.

  • No. This package covers blood and urine only. If you would like a stool analysis as well, it can be added to the same visit as a separate test.

  • Reports are typically ready in about 24 hours and delivered on WhatsApp and email, with a doctor's review flagging anything outside the expected range.

  • A DHA-licensed nurse visits your home, office or hotel across Dubai and completes the draw in around 20 minutes. Payment is self-pay in AED; we do not process insurance.
