How fast can a nurse start?
A primary nurse is usually named within 24 hours of the home assessment. Care normally starts on day three or four, sooner when a hospital discharge is on a fixed date and we plan around it.
Will it be the same nurse every time?
Yes, that is the point. A primary nurse owns the case and does most visits. A named backup knows the file for holidays and sick days. Round-the-clock cover is two nurses on 12-hour shifts, working from the same plan.
How much does it cost?
From AED 100 an hour, four-hour minimum a day. Long-term cases, 24-hour cover, late-stage care, complex recovery, are quoted after the assessment. Medicines, dressings and supplies are itemised at cost.
What about overnight cover?
For a nurse through the night we run a day nurse and a night nurse, twelve hours each, sharing the same notes and plan. Quoted after the assessment.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
