What's bothering you?
When pregnancy physio belongs at home, and when it does not.
Most pregnancy and postnatal physio is easier at home, quiet, paced to your trimester, baby in the next room. Red flags belong to your maternity hospital; our doctor tells you plainly when that is the right call.
- Back or pelvic pain that is slowing your day down
- Second or third trimester, getting the pelvic floor and breathing ready for birth
- First weeks home with the baby, working on tummy gap or pelvic floor
- C-section recovery, scar care and a careful return to core work
- Ready to get back to exercise on a doctor-led, week-by-week plan
- Your obstetrician has advised bed rest without physiotherapy
- Postnatal infection or a wound that is not healing, see your obstetrician first
- Anything needing a scan, monitoring or hospital equipment
- Signs of early labour, heavy bleeding or less movement from baby, call 998

Questions.
Anything else, WhatsApp us. We reply in about three minutes.
What does it cost?
AED 300 per 60-minute session at home. A pregnancy-and-postnatal package, 4, 8, 12 or 20 sessions at a lower per-session rate, is quoted after the first visit.
Can I start in the first trimester?
Yes, any time. Most mothers come in the second or third trimester for back, pelvic or pelvic-floor work, but a first-trimester visit for posture and breathing is just as useful.
Is physio safe in pregnancy?
Yes, with a women's-health-trained physio, coordinated with your obstetrician. Our doctor checks every plan, every session is positioned around the bump, and anything outside home physio goes back to your obstetrician.
How soon after birth can I start?
After a vaginal birth, gentle pelvic-floor and breathing work in the first one to two weeks home. After a C-section, scar work from around two to four weeks once your obstetrician clears the wound.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
