When does care start?
The morning after discharge, at the time you agree with us. For heavier cases a nurse can be in the home before the patient arrives, we plan it with the hospital discharge team.
How much does the week cost?
From AED 100 an hour, four-hour minimum a day, billed at the end of every fortnight. Cardiac, oncology and round-the-clock cases are quoted on the discharge summary. Dressings and prescriptions are itemised at cost.
Will my surgeon work with you?
Almost always. We collect the discharge summary on day zero, send a daily report through the week, and call the surgeon ourselves if anything looks off.
What if something goes wrong overnight?
The on-call BestDOC doctor is one WhatsApp message away through the night. If your surgeon advises it, we can move to a two-nurse round-the-clock rotation within two hours.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
