Chronic disease care at home in Dubai, long-term care, on a quiet schedule.
Chronic disease care at home in Dubai for diabetes, COPD, heart failure, after a stroke, dialysis prep. A trained Care Companion (CNA + BLS, a carer, not a nurse) runs the daily routine from AED 75 an hour. What is the condition?
When long-term care belongs at home, and when it does not.
A steady routine goes better at home. A sudden turn for the worse belongs in hospital, we step back in once you're discharged.
- A long-term condition that needs daily medicines, vitals and a steady hand
- An older relative who would rather not travel to a clinic every week
- A family getting ready for dialysis and needs the routine set up
- After a stroke, working through home rehab on a doctor-led plan
- Palliative comfort care at home, with the consultant copied in
- One injection or dressing, book Nurse on Call instead
- Anything that needs hospital equipment we can't bring home
- No treating consultant or written diagnosis yet, we help you set that up first
- A sudden turn for the worse, call 998 or go to A&E

How much does chronic care at home cost?
A Care Companion (CNA + BLS) is AED 75 an hour, four-hour minimum. If the free assessment shows you need a DHA-licensed nurse, insulin, IV antibiotics, complex wounds, dialysis days, the rate is a little higher, on the same plan. Twelve-hour, 24-hour and live-in plans are quoted in writing.
What is the difference between a Care Companion and a nurse?
A Care Companion is a trained carer, not a nurse, CNA-certified, BLS-trained, supervised by our clinical team. They run the daily routine: vitals, medicine reminders, glucose logs, mobility, company. A DHA-licensed nurse is needed for insulin, IV therapy, complex wounds and tube feeding. The free visit decides which you get, and we tell you plainly.
Do you work with my consultant?
Yes. Your consultant's plan runs the care, we carry it into the home. Our doctor on standby reads the latest clinic letter, talks to the consultant when useful, and keeps them copied on the chart.
Will I get the same face every visit?
Yes. The plan names a primary Care Companion (or nurse) and one backup. You meet both in the first week and always know which one is coming.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
