What can a video call actually solve?
Most repeat scripts, follow-ups, rashes you can hold up to the camera, mild flu, headaches, allergies and lab-result reviews. If your case needs a hands-on exam or a sample, the doctor tells you on the call and we send a doctor to your door, the AED 100 comes off the home visit.
How fast does the call happen?
About 15 minutes from your first message to a doctor on screen. Outside peak hours it is often under ten. We confirm the fee and the slot on WhatsApp first.
Is the prescription accepted at pharmacies?
Yes, DHA-recognised e-prescriptions, accepted at every major UAE pharmacy. We can route the script to a 24-hour pharmacy and arrange delivery to your door.
What about controlled medications?
A first prescription for a controlled medicine usually needs an in-person visit, by regulation. Repeat scripts for an existing course can often be issued by video, the doctor decides on the call.
Does insurance pay?
