About the Package
Our deepest cardiovascular workup at 97 markers. It carries the whole advanced cardiac panel — full lipids with Lp(a), ApoB, ApoA1 and their ratio, muscle enzymes, sugar, blood count and organ function — and adds Lp-PLA2 for vascular inflammation, NT-proBNP for heart strain, high-sensitivity troponin I for cardiac muscle, homocysteine, both CRP and hs-CRP, fasting insulin with HOMA-IR, serum electrolytes and a complete urine analysis.
What is it? A comprehensive cardiac blood test adding NT-proBNP, high-sensitivity troponin I, homocysteine and inflammation to a full particle-based lipid and metabolic screen.

Ultimate Cardiac Health Check: purpose, preparation and results
Why take the Ultimate Cardiac Health Check?
- Breathlessness, swelling or reduced exercise tolerance where heart strain is a question
- Known cardiovascular disease, hypertension or diabetes needing a fuller picture
- A strong family history where you want every established risk marker measured once
How to prepare for the Ultimate Cardiac Health Check
Fasting is required — no food for 10 to 12 hours; water is fine. Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours, since it raises creatine kinase, LDH and troponin. A urine sample is collected at the same visit. Results take 5 to 7 days as several markers are sent to a specialist laboratory.
Understanding your Ultimate Cardiac Health Check results
A raised NT-proBNP suggests the heart is working against pressure or volume load and warrants a cardiology review with imaging. High-sensitivity troponin detects very small amounts of cardiac muscle injury and must be read alongside symptoms, not alone. This panel is not a substitute for emergency assessment of chest pain.
How to book the Ultimate Cardiac Health Check in Dubai
- 1Book your slot
Book on the site or WhatsApp — same morning or next day. Fasting reminders included.
- 2Your nurse visits
A DHA-licensed nurse does a ~20-minute draw at your home, office or hotel. Sealed kit.
- 3Lab processes it
Most of our tests are processed at AVM Labs, Dubai, a CAP-accredited laboratory with ISO 15189 accreditation from EIAC (No. LB-MED-227).
- 4Your doctor reads it
A BestDOC doctor reviews the results, then the report lands on email + WhatsApp with notes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Anything else? Ask on WhatsApp — we usually reply in three minutes.
No. If you have chest pain now, call 998 or go to an emergency department — acute assessment needs an ECG and serial troponins within hours. This panel is for planned risk assessment in someone who is stable.
NT-proBNP, high-sensitivity troponin I and Lp-based assays run at a specialist reference laboratory rather than on the routine daily analyser, so this panel takes longer than our 24-hour packages.
Lp-PLA2, NT-proBNP, high-sensitivity troponin I, homocysteine, CRP and hs-CRP, fasting insulin with HOMA-IR, serum electrolytes and a complete urine analysis — 37 extra markers.
Raised homocysteine is an independent vascular risk marker and is often driven by low B12 or folate, which makes it one of the more correctable findings on the panel.
Reports are typically ready in 5 to 7 days and delivered on WhatsApp and email, with a doctor's review flagging anything outside the expected range.
A DHA-licensed nurse visits your home, office or hotel across Dubai and completes the draw in around 20 minutes. Payment is self-pay in AED; we do not process insurance.
