Energy Boost drip vs supplement.
The same dose, taken two ways. A tablet has to get through your gut and liver first. A drip does not.
A tablet goes through your stomach, your gut and then your liver. Most of the dose is broken down there, so only a small part reaches your blood.
A drip goes into your vein. It does not pass through your stomach or liver, so the whole dose reaches your blood.

What is the Energy Boost IV drip?
Sixteen vitamins, minerals and amino acids in one bag. For a training block or a heavy work period.
This is our largest blend. Vitamin C, all the B vitamins, magnesium, four amino acids, zinc and a small dose of NAD. It is for people who are training hard or working long hours and are not recovering between days.
Taking these sixteen supplements by mouth at these doses means many tablets a day, and most of each dose is lost in digestion. The drip delivers all of it in 40 to 50 minutes, with a DHA-licensed nurse present the whole time.
Who books it
- Training hard. Weight training, marathon preparation, pre-season. Sore and tired for days after each session.
- Heavy work periods. Long days and short nights for several weeks. Need more than the standard monthly drip.
- Low energy despite good sleep. Sleeping seven to eight hours and still tired by mid-afternoon.
- Recovering from illness. Two weeks after a cold or flu and energy has not come back.
When Energy Boost is the right drip, and when it isn't.
If this is not the right drip for you, we will say so and suggest the right one.
- Training hard and not recovering between sessions
- Several weeks of long working days
- Tired by mid-week, every week
- Recovering from a cold or flu and still low on energy
- Competition, event or shoot coming up
- Tired for months with no obvious reason, bloods first
- Fever or infection today. See a doctor first
- Only want a monthly vitamin drip. Book Myer's Cocktail instead
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Under 18

How much does an Energy Boost IV drip cost in Dubai?
AED 649 for a single drip, including the nurse, the visit and the kit. A pack of 2 is AED 1,233 and a pack of 4 is AED 2,336, so AED 584 a drip on the pack of 4. No call-out fee, no membership.
What are the side effects of the Energy Boost drip?
A warm feeling as the B vitamins go in, bright yellow urine for a day, and sometimes a small bruise at the cannula site. The magnesium can feel cool in the arm. The nurse slows the rate if you feel unwell.
Energy Boost or NAD+?
Energy Boost is vitamins, amino acids and magnesium for a hard period, in under an hour. NAD+ is a single molecule over two hours, for long-term tiredness and poor concentration. Some clients book both: NAD+ monthly, Energy Boost in heavy weeks.
Will I feel the energy straight away?
Most clients describe steadier energy the next day and across the week that follows — not an immediate hit the way caffeine works.
How often should I book it?
Weekly through a stretched period or a training block, then monthly for maintenance. The doctor can suggest a cadence at your sign-off.
How is this different from Myer's Cocktail?
Myer's Cocktail is a general wellness blend. This one sits heavier on amino acids and B12 and carries a trace of NAD — it is built for training weeks and demanding ones.
Does it replace sleep or coffee?
No. It will not make up for sleep you have not had. It supports the body through a hard week, and that is the whole claim.
Is it safe before training?
It is better after a session or on a rest day than immediately before one. Tell the doctor your training schedule at sign-off and we will place it sensibly.
I have been tired for months. What then?
Start with bloods — thyroid, iron and ferritin, B12, vitamin D. If something is low, the treatment can target it directly instead of repeating drips.
