What do you bring to a run or a sport day?
A DHA-licensed doctor leads the team, with nurses, a triage tent, response runners on radios and a vehicle if the route needs one. The kit includes an AED, oxygen and a full BLS kit, plus fluids for heat cases. The exact team is sized to your route and headcount and listed line by line in the quote.
What happens if a participant collapses?
The doctor on site assesses, stabilises and decides. Anything life-threatening goes to 998 and the event's own ambulance, and our doctor stays with the person until handover. Most events run their full duration without any escalation. The post-event report includes any incident detail.
How much does sport-day cover cost?
It is quoted on the brief and priced line by line, because a padel morning and a closed-road run need very different teams. The smallest setup we run is a half-day from AED 2,500, which is one DHA-licensed nurse for up to four hours on site. You get the quote in writing within 24 hours.
How much lead time do you need?
Two-plus weeks for marathons, multi-day events and anything outside Dubai. One to two weeks for a full-day team or branded uniforms. Three days is enough for a small sport morning with one nurse. We have turned briefs around in under 24 hours, ask and we say yes or no straight away.
Does insurance pay for this?
No. Home and on-site care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We do not bill insurers. We invoice the company, 50% on confirmation and 50% on the day, and we confirm the price in writing before we hold the date.
