What exactly is on standby?
One DHA-licensed nurse with an AED (defibrillator), oxygen and a full BLS (basic life support) kit, on site from 30 minutes before doors until you close. A standby doctor can be added to the same booking and is quoted on the brief.
How much lead time do you need?
Three days for a half-day conference or shoot. One to two weeks for full-day cover or branded uniforms. Two-plus weeks for multi-day conferences and anything outside Dubai. We have turned briefs around in under 24 hours, ask and we say yes or no straight away.
What happens if a guest collapses?
The nurse starts care on the spot with the AED, oxygen and BLS kit, and 998 is called. If a doctor is on site they assess, stabilise and decide. We coordinate with the venue's emergency response and stay with the guest until handover. The post-event report includes any incident detail.
Will guests notice the medic?
Not unless they need one. The nurse sits where you agree on the briefing call, in plain or white-label uniform, or your branded shirt over ours.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home and on-site care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We invoice the company, 50% on confirmation and 50% on the day, and confirm the price in writing before we hold the date. We do not bill insurers.
