Which hotels do you cover?
Any hotel or serviced apartment in Dubai: Marina, JBR, Downtown, Palm, Business Bay, Deira, Bur Dubai and the desert resorts. About 45 minutes in the city. Resorts further out take longer and we tell you before you book.
Does the hotel need to know?
No. The doctor and nurse come to your room like any other visitor. If you would like reception to be informed, we do that for you.
How much does a hotel doctor visit cost?
AED 300 per visit, confirmed on WhatsApp before the doctor leaves. Night surcharge after 10pm. Medicines, IV drips and tests are quoted separately.
Will my travel insurance pay?
You pay us after the visit. We give you an itemised receipt with the doctor's licence number and stamp and help with any forms your insurer sends. Whether your travel policy pays you back depends on its wording, so check the 'medical expenses abroad' section.
Can the doctor give me a sick note or travel certificate?
Yes. On request, when clinically appropriate, at no extra charge during the visit.
