The drip, explained
What is the Glutathione IV drip?
High-dose glutathione with a vitamin C booster. For skin tone and brightness, and the drip most clients book before an event.
Glutathione is an antioxidant the liver produces. Sun, lack of sleep, pollution and alcohol use it up faster than the body replaces it. When it is low, skin is the first place it shows: dull, uneven tone, darker patches after summer.
Glutathione taken by mouth is mostly broken down in digestion before it reaches the blood. The drip delivers 1,200mg directly over 45 to 60 minutes, with 500mg of vitamin C alongside. Results are usually visible from the third drip in a course of six. A DHA-licensed nurse runs it at home and stays for the whole drip.

How much does a Glutathione IV drip cost in Dubai?
AED 299 for a single drip, including the nurse, the visit and the kit. A pack of 2 is AED 568 and a pack of 4 is AED 1,076, so AED 269 a drip. Most clients book a course of six for an event. No call-out fee.
Glutathione drip or Skin, Hair & Nails?
Glutathione is two ingredients at a high dose — glutathione plus vitamin C — for skin tone and brightness. Skin, Hair & Nails is sixteen ingredients at lower doses, for hair, nails and skin together. For an event, book Glutathione. For monthly maintenance, book Skin, Hair & Nails. Many clients alternate.
Can I add it to another drip?
Yes. A 600mg glutathione push at the end of Myer's, Immunity or Jet Lag is the most common add-on we do. Ask when you book and the nurse brings it.
Will it lighten my skin?
Glutathione evens tone and lightens hyperpigmentation — sun spots, post-acne marks, melasma residue. It doesn’t change your underlying skin tone unnaturally; the effect is 'the best version of your own skin'.
How many drips before I see a change?
Most clients see a visible change from the third drip in a course of six. The hydration effect is visible from the first; the tone effect builds across the course.
How often after the course?
Once a month is the most common maintenance pattern. Some clients run two courses a year — one before summer, one in winter — instead of monthly.
Can I do this with retinoids or laser?
Yes — many clients run a Glutathione course alongside a derm laser series. Tell the doctor at sign-off and we will adjust the timing around the procedure.
Is the IV form better than the oral version?
For visible skin effects, yes — oral glutathione is mostly broken down before it reaches the blood. The IV form bypasses that. The oral form has its place between drips, but is not a substitute.
Are there side effects?
Uncommon and mild. A brief sulphur-like taste during the push is the most common report; resolves within a minute. Anything else is rare and would be picked up at the doctor’s sign-off.
